May’s Birth Flower

May’s birth flower is the sweet scented Lily of the valley. The dainty bell-like flowers signifie sweetness and humilty.  The Victorians used this flower to mean “the return to happiness”. Their short blooming period of March- May gives them an air of exclusivity, enjoy them whilst you can.
